Important Notes:
If you are using GPS, be sure to enter the physical address above to find the right place (there are two different school locations on Southern Blvd).
We will be entering through the front door facing Southern Blvd, then heading down the stairs to the lower level. Parking is available along the south side of the building and behind it, and there will be people on-site to help guide you.
There are no elevators but there is a chair lift to get you down and back up if unable to navigate stairs. Everything will take place downstairs in their multipurpose room.
As a reminder, in an effort to save trees, we do not provide handouts of the Presbytery E-Packet. Please print/download prior to the gathering.

The Presbytery Offering will be designated to support Valley Christian School’s end‑of‑year Field Day. This special event serves as a celebratory field trip for students in grades K–4, recognizing their hard work and accomplishments throughout the year. Held at Mill Creek Park, Field Day transforms the space into a lively, festival‑style carnival. For many families facing financial challenges, Field Day may be the only recreational outing or “summer vacation” for their children. It is a highlight for students who work diligently all year to participate.
Offering Gifts can be made using the presbytery payment portal, scanning the QR code, or using the Vanco Mobile Faith Engagement mobile app. Otherwise, gifts can be mailed to Eastminster Presbytery / PO Box 14439 / Poland, OH 44514 (include November 11 Presbytery Offering in memo line).
