Committee on Nominations and Representation (CNR)
Purpose
To present to Presbytery a nominee for election to each vacancy in offices, committees, and other bodies to be elected by Presbytery, except itself, for which nominating is done by Presbytery Council;
and to advise Presbytery regarding the implementation of principles of unity and diversity and to advocate for diversity in leadership.

Responsibilities:
Corresponding with local churches in order to obtain names of persons who could serve in the Presbytery, Synod, or General Assembly.
Nominating person to fill all vacancies on committees, boards, and other bodies, including the chair (who must be either a teaching or ruling elder); Facilitating the nomination of persons who represent the diversity present in our local churches; Ensuring a fair representation regarding gender, and a balance of teaching elders and ruling elders.
